Not gonna lie I'm excited for this even tho I told myself I wouldn't buy hockey cards anymore. This reminds me of how my parents would go outta their way to take me to McDonald's just so I could grab a couple packs of hockey cards, def going to re live my child hood through these packs at Tims. How much do you think collectors will pay to have the signed Crosby timbit card?

This is the exact reason I'm freaking out for this set i remember my parents doing everything they could to get me packs and now that I'm older they aren't really into the hobby any more but i mentioned that tim hortons was doing this and their eyes lit up they were quite excited and I'm quite excited to get to relive this with them as for the crosby auto i dont even want to think of the prices as the jersey and patches from mcdonalds sell for stupid amounts of money

If it's anything like the old McDonald's days, all of those jersey & auto hits will be going for stupid money.

I'm really happy to see so many people so psyched about this release.

Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Well, my wife and I make daily runs to Tim Hortons... so this will be pretty cool! Plan on picking up a few packs tomorrow and see what the cards are like. Will be interesting to see how fast these packs go as the Timmys in my area are always super busy... will be a good gauge to see how many people are buying cards.

OK gang I'm asking everybody here that is going to be ripping to share their hits & experiences in this thread in the S&T area:

    https://www.sportscardforum.com/threa...ss-It-All-Here!

We have a real opportunity to help grow the hobby and engage some new collectors with this product. It is going to be a gateway for many people to hopefully take their first step into a larger world.

The thread will be shared on social media outlets with the intent to attract new people to SCF. Let's show everybody what a great community this is, and welcome new people with open arms.

    Most of all, have fun!

And there could be some contest elements too.

No limit on how many you can buy at once?

If they have cards tomorrow near my work I will be picking up 1 with my coffee and then another handful. If I hit a Crosby auto I will quit work. Okay no I won't, need to pay for the Expo somehow!

I don't think there will be a limit from my understanding. I think McDonald's had a limit back in the day, but no word on a Timmies limit so far. I could see them having some sort of self-regulating limit on a store-by-store basis or something. But if you buy w/o a coffee, we'll need to pay double. Hoping I can snag 4-5 packs tomorrow!
