Right. However I have heard a fair amount of people reporting that Donruss goofed the Prime Patches up, presumably in a rush to get their final MLB product out. Like I said, I've seen a WIDE variety of patches in the same series. For example, I collect Omar Vizquel and from this set his "Number Patch" is /26. You'd think they'd have similar quality for all the number patches, but it couldn't be further from the truth. Some are awesome, some are 95% jersey. The same goes for the "Team Logo" patch /89. A lot of those are even much nicer than the lower-numbered Number Patch cards. However there are plenty that are all jersey with a tiny corner of patch. I've also seen at least 3 that have a "Wahoo" patch in it. Are those all fake? Tough to tell. However I think it's not unreasonable to think that Donruss wasn't too careful about these, based on all the reports I've heard and the quantity of "mistakes" I've seen.

    Thoughts?

If you can scan the patch Id love to take a look((sorry if you posted that no scan can be added. I kinda semi scrolled the topic))

    Few ideas to consider
#1, Where is the patch from, people wont fake partial logos. They want to logo the whole swatch.
#2, Does the edges look loose. Most of the time people have a tough time getting the patch to fit snug.
#3, Is it physically possible to get a patch like yours off the jersey. I have seen fakes where they put strange patches on with no jersey similiarity.

    Mike,rdeeze....
I personally believe both patches are legit due to the fact that it would be damn near impossible to tamper a patch where its more then a solid swatch. Yours has the card placed over the swatch with the WR and QB cut outs.

What does it say on the back of the card? I only have 1 game used patch card and on the back it says "Congratulations, blah blah blah, piece of patch from an official jersey worn etc...". All of my other non jersey game used cards specify what it is, they're all Upper Deck though, I don't know if DLP does things differently or not.
