Need Advice on Ebay Selling Description Inclusion
I recently pulled a pretty rare parallel card and was looking to test the ebay water with it. I open all packs with care and wear gloves and the moment I scored it I put it in protection...HOWEVER...upon further detailed inspection (or admiration at that point, lol) I noticed a couple dings on the bottom of the card when reflecting it against the light. Looking it head on it's not even noticeable.
Now...is it essential that I let the ebayverse know in the description of my findings? What pains me is this "defect" is straight from the manufacturer and I don't understand how they could even let it pass to be packaged. I've seen this on other insert cards i've gotten in the past but they were just petty inserts.
The loophole I was thinking of was to just get it graded first that way a potential buyer knows exactly what they are getting. But I've never gotten a card graded and it scares me to send such a rare card through the mail. FINALLY...I don't wanna wait to list it because I think the demand right now is REALLY hot for this particular player, so I'd like to capitalize on that as well.
Anyhow...ALL advice would be beneficial! Thanks!

What card or set is it from? Some sets the "damage" is common and basically with every card while others it is not acceptable to have something damaged.

Do you have a pic of the card?
If you don't get it graded then please do note the damage in the description. A pic on the angle of the card, showing the damage, would help a lot too. If it's a rare card then people will want it regardless.

Thanks for the responses guys.
@pwaldo - sorry I'm a bit slow. Meant to post this in Baseball instead of Basketball, but it's 2015 Topps Heritage.

Even though it will probably cost you some cash make note of it in the eBay description because you never know what kind of condition freaks are out there. Always list the condition of the cards you have to the best of your knowledge or show scans that cover the damage on eBay or anywhere else.
