Help Selling Tavares Game Worn Jersey

Trying to help sell an authentic Tavares game worn jersey for a friend and not sure what the best avenue is to go. It was bought from the Islanders auctions and comes with all of the certification. From the little research I did, I see that authentic game used can sell around $7500 up for premium players. Any recommendations on where to sell?

Have you considered consigning with one of the bigger auction houses? They've got a wide market reach, and in all likelihood you'd get more even after their commission out of the sale than you would trying to sell on your own.

Given that a Lemieux gamer with good authenticity has gone unsold at 10K for some time, I think 7500 for Tavares is a stretch.

I'd say it's worth around 3-4 grand ovechkins go for 7500 on meigray group
