Unfortunently , that is how UD is . they seem to take forever to redeem cards.

Super Sad Customer Service. I work as a Wholesale Manager at a large Automotive Parts store in Canada and if one of my Staff took longer than a Week to get back to 1 of my Customers I let them Go from Their Duties of answering those certain Calls. I do not fire them but they would never get the chance to answer Wholesale calls again.

I think UD should think the same way, How hard could it be to open up a letter with a redemption card in it and mail away the card. Myself i deal with about 150-200 Customers a day and have dealt with them and had their parts to them within the hour. I am sure they have more staff than just 1 person and i am sure they do not get more than 200-300 Redemption cards a day.

They just need better customer support when it comes to these things.

I apoligise if i rambled on a Bit , but i am just getting real tired on how a company that expects people to buy from them can treat the People, We are making them money by Buying them.
