    Grading

Does anyone know anything about PGA (Professional Grading Authority) grading or how well known it is?

Never heard of it... as far as grading goes I'd stick to BGS/BVG, PSA, GAI, and SGC.

imho...If you intend to resell, go with what "101589dpm" said. But if you want for your PC with no real intentions of selling anytime soon, you can get the better deals by buying the lesser known ones. Most will offer good card protection. If I like the way the card looks (condition wise) and it's for my PC...I'd buy it. Just my opinion.
