My deceased father was an amateur artist and loved painting hockey and baseball players, including Hank Aaron. See pic below for an example of the quality.

Do autographed (by the player) paintings like this (by amateur artists) have any value? Who/where can I get something like this appraised? I'm from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
