UD Checklists
Anyone starting to get the feeling that just about every UD Checklist is the same as far as Vet players go? I may be alone but it just seems there is no way for people to progress PCs anymore. I know people dont want to see a checklist full of average NHL players but it would be nice to for people with lesser skilled player PCs to have something to chase.

If you want to get them to change, get on the social media and ask them. You'll be amazed at how receptive they can be. Couple years back I had a very specific photo request for use on a Carey Price card - lo and behold:

Why that photo? It's from a game I was at against the Canucks, and I'm a little pixel in the background.
It's a tough spot for UD (and Panini when they were making cards) as the "lesser lights" out there will draw groans from the majority of collectors. When a guy is dropping $80-$150 on a box and his big hit is a Josh Gorges or Carl Soderberg instead of Carey Price or Bobby Orr, 99% of people aren't going to be happy unless they can find the handful of people who collect those players and hope those collectors don't already have those cards.
But that said, I always encourage people to go out and make their pitch directly to the card companies. The third line guys and second pairing d-men do deserve more of a spotlight than just OPC or Series 1/2, and the only way they'll get it is if people demand it.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Maybe try switching it up instead of now having Doug Harvey in every product. I don't remember seeing him much when ITG was producing some of him in 11-12 now he seems to to be one of the legends in a lot of upper deck products.
Not only do they have the same 15-20 legends but there are sooooo many Bobby Orr Gretzky and Yzerman autos that they're hurting the value overall. You don't need a whole product of mid-tier players but you can at least have 5 different ones in a product and maybe 1-2 or those with 3 different ones in another product etc.
Having 3 companies producing cards certainly gave collectors a chance to find a PC card but there were so many products that a lot of them were not selling much.Master List: Hidden Content
