    Report: Buffalo wins ’18 World Juniors bid

    The World Junior Hockey Championships are reportedly coming to Buffalo.

    Per the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, USA Hockey will announce that Buffalo has been chosen as the host site for the 2018 Worlds, beating out finalists Pittsburgh and St. Louis in the process.

    I can't wait for this! I'm definitely looking forward to the outdoor game since I missed the Winter Classic back in 08. Buffalo is quickly becoming hockey heaven I'm excited for my kids with the awesome opportunities I never had when I played.

    Was one of the most attended in the past so it a great venue and traffic. Should be another great event for hockey fans in Buffalo to attend.

    I went for a day last time, and will (very likely) do it again. Buffalo was a great spot to hold the tourney.
