    Eric Lindros signed puck

I know this isn't hockey card related but perhaps the mods could allow it to stay open for a couple days...Thanks!

Has anyone seen a Quebec Nordiques puck with Lindros' autograph? Does it even exist?

    Thanks!

I think we can keep it open forever :)

I can't imagine Lindros has signed many Nords items.... I've never seen one, but I've also never looked for one.

Eric hated the Nord's, I don't think there is any puck signed by Eric.

I certainly wouldn't have the brass to ask him to sign one. Not sure many people do.

Every Lindros signing i have seen in big letters at the bottom of the price sheet it states "Eric will not sign Nordique items or loose numbers" i assume the loose numbers is so they dont go on quebec jerseys. So i doubt there many if any Nord's items signed by Eric

You know, if you REALLY wanted an auto Nords jersey, just buy a Philly crested jersey, get him to autograph it... and carefully remove the numbers. Kind of a cheeky thing to do... but it would be legit. Might take some very careful sewing work... and I am not sure if the white plate on a Nords number is the same as the white plate on a Philly jersey.

Seems like a lot of work... for just a conversation piece.

I don't know how that would be legit. A Flyers number would look terrible on a Nords jersey

I grew up in Ottawa and went to a 67s/Generals game in Lindros's last year in the O.
I brought a Nordiques pennant and a pen, hoping he'd sign it.
He hadn't been drafted by them yet, but everyone knew it was going to happen, and already he had said he wouldn't go there if drafted by the Nords.
I got in the scrum of kids looking for his autograph after the game with my pennant.
The look he gave me was priceless when he realized what he was about to sign.
He signed it anyway, good on him I guess, but I could tell he wasn't impressed I pulled that stunt.

I still have the pennant, doubt I'll ever get rid of it

Aren't the white cut out sections of both team's numbers the same? I know a lot of Nords jerseys used Iron on vinyl numbers... but wouldn't the 'font' be the same? You would have to take off the orange and black layers... hence the carefull sewing job...
