Shouldn't this card be numbered?

I have a question about a card.

Looks like a nice patch but shouldn't it be numbered?

I've seen Cup cards tampered with but Silhouettes? But the lack of serial number is what makes me suspicious.

looks like a different foil color on the name...probably a jersey faked into a patch. that is my gut thinking.

Colour is different on the text in the two versions.

I believe the serial #d cards also have different colours.

Back should say Prime or Patch above the player's name and below the team logo, which the one in question does not. I can't really see any obvious signs of tampering, I'd be impressed if someone managed to swap out a silhouette jersey and replace it with a patch... suppose it's always possible that Panini simply made a mistake, but either way I'd stay away.

Yeah, the back of the card doesn't say prime or patch.
