    Post Preview: 2015-16 Donruss Basketball

    http://www.beckett.com/news/2015/12/...-fun-and-more/

With designs based off of classic Donruss baseball sets from the 1980s and plenty of solid action photography, 2015-16 Donruss Basketball does offer something that can satisfy most collectors. Each box should contain three autograph or memorabilia hits on average and some of them will include members of this season’s promising rookie class.

2015-16 Donruss Basketball at a glance:

    Packs per box: 24
    Cards per pack: 8
    Boxes per case: 16
Set size: 250 cards (including 50 Rated Rookies)
    Release date: February 10, 2016
What to expect in a hobby box:

    – 3 autograph or memorabilia cards

    – 9 numbered parallel cards

I like what they have done with this and Hoops. Probably will pick up a box.

Yeah I really don't mind lower end stuff from Panini. It is anything above that where they tend to lose me.

Yep. Everything outside of Immaculate Collection could go, and I wouldn't mind or especially care. But I don't have much criticism of Donruss or Hoops (ok, Prestige and Threads are kind of "meh"), or even Prizm and Select if we go a little higher (is there such a market as "mid end"?).
