Anyone bored? Need help identifying this auto

I've been lurking for a while on these boards for some time and have started up my TTM hobby again. Many thanks to those who have updated information on the players, as it's been very helpful. I also dig around online and picked up the signed baseball in the attachment from a charity auction. No idea who's it is. It's on a Bud Selig ROMLB, signed in the sweet spot. Other than the auction being in the northwest, I have no other details on it. Who knows where it originated at.

The first letter may be a "B" or an "R." Not sure if the second capital letter is an "L", "J" or "Q". I can't figure out if the last part of the auto is the number "8" or if it is part of the signature. It may be from the lower minors, so it may never be discovered. The closest I've found is Brad Lidge, but there isn't enough there to actually be it.
