    You have to scroll down and "view/read" the entire terms of service before the Agree button will activate. That gave me fits, too.

    Finally broke down and linked my PayPal account to buy four packs. Results? Kucherov Instant Impression, Tarasenko Shining Stars, Brodeur Shining Stars Royal Blue, McDavid/Bennett YG CL, and three PC base (Zucker, Parise and Niederreiter). I feel...dirty. Think I'll stick with the free packs from here on out and support the LCS.

    Open a comc account if you don't have one.

    Once opened you you can link your comc account in your account settings on the epacks site.

    Request a transfer and they should show up in your comc account right away.

    You can then list to sell or add to a pending shipment.
