For Canadian members - if you were to participate, would you be willing to
1. Wait until I cross into Canada to ship (Expo in Toronto would be latest I would ship out)
2. Willing to risk having to pay higher shipping. I ask about this because there has been some issues lately that I have heard about the PayPal ship now method since the pricing change

I'd likely be fine with either option. If I end up with cards that I'd like in-hand quickly I'll pay the extra shipping costs, if not then I'll wait until you can ship from Canada.
