One "?": does 2nd round mean when it's down to 64 (from 68)? OR does it mean when it's down to 32? I think, by the way you posted point values, it's with 64, but I just wanted to make sure. Thanks.

Sorry, I am in Europe with very limited WiFi. In the past few years, the second round has been the round of 64, with the first round being the first four. It is indeed 64! All picks must be in before the tournament starts-- this includes the champion.
