Past few days, I am not receiving email messages when I get a PM (and they are not in my spam folder either).
Anyone else or just me? any way to check/fix this. Thanks.

I am looking at issues as we speak. I think the root cause has been found.

I'm having issues this afternoon trying to get the inventory manager to load up.

the Inv. Manager is on it's own server. The only time I see issues is when there is uploading occuring. Anyone else experiencing this?

Scott this afternoon the uploads were lagging for me, but now seem to be running faster with quicker connecting, and page loading.

If you did a fix there is seems to be working better now. However those intermittent database error messages still occur.

Update - 9:00pm 3/3/2016

1) Searching issues are a known issue. When the upgrade took place last week, the engine used to handle the searching was not properly reinstalled initially. This is now working. I do see that searches are being handled, HOWEVER, the results are not being produced. This looks to be an indexing issue but this is something that I am having someone else look at as there might be something else not configured correctly. This is the biggest outstanding pain point for most users and I hope to have a resolution soon, but I don't have an ETA.

There is a work around (provided you have the setting set to have threads your post/create auto subscribe)

Click on UserCP --> View My Subscribed Thread OR On the header hover over Quick Links --> Subscribed Threads (hat tip to @Canadian Kid )

2) Emails not being sent out is something I am investigating. I do know there is a prioritization on the emails themselves, but I am looking to get information on this and try to figure out what is happening. Again, no ETA. This is going to impact several site functions.


3) Random DB errors. What I have seen is that the majority were caching issue for some reason or another. All of the functionality is working. If you see if reload and you will be OK. I know its not the best solution, but it's better than the alternative.


I know there is frustration, please believe me when I say I am working on getting these resolved ASAP.

not seeing any abnormal traffic on the server logs.


I did around 11am EST today, but that might have been members uploading at that point.
