I usually start sending to MLB stadiums about a week before the regular season begins. If it is a prospect or someone who will not make the club out of camp, I continue sending to the ST stadium until the regular season begins, as they will still be working out there for the most part.

Would it be worth it to send any to spring training at this point? I'm guessing its too close to the regular season right? Should i just send to the regular season stadiums? For guys who usually sign in the offseason like Kershaw, does it even make a difference when it's sent to the stadium?

I don't think it would matter for guys like Kershaw or Josh Hamilton. You could send now or wait till April and just send to the stadium address. I have received a success from both Kershaw and Hamilton.

Is it risky or come off greedy to send an 8x10 and a ROMLB? Can you send them in the same bubble envelope if the picture has support on each side? And does it come off as greedy to request inscriptions even if it's not going to be sold?

Personally I would not send both a ball and an 8x10 at the same time. I think it also increases the risk of your photo coming back creased even with cardboard on either side. Asking for inscriptions is not greedy. A lot of players will personalize items to make sure they aren't sold.

Thanks for the info. Would you not send the photo and baseball together because it's asking too much or just because of the risk of damaging the 8x10?
