Stolen Gretzky Auto
I sold a 12-13 The Cup Enshrinements Wayne Gretzky Auto # 32/50 on Ebay, and the buyer says he never got it.
I mailed him the card on 2/16/16, and he got his money back by filing a case against me.
If anyone sees this card for sale, please notify me because it is stolen. The buyer Ebay ID is vince.acere.

5 words: Take it like a champ. 1 more word: OUCHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
I have had this happen before and I was protected to the max.
Sold a Hockey Jersey for $140. Sent it Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation and I was even stupid enough to get Insurance on it as well haha.
Dude received it, said it didn't fit even though it was the size listed in the auction, clearly.
I offered to refund but he said no thanks.
Later on, Paypal contacts me saying I owe "them" money because the buyer did a "Clawback" via his credit card company.
Long story short, I was out Jersey, sell price money, all fees, $20 clawback paypal fee and since it was shipped and accepted, I was out the insurance money as well.
I was advised to contact the local police station of the buyer and they said it was not worth their time, BUT, if I wanted to come there in person, I could file a report that would be attached to the buyer in case anyone else ever had the same problem with him.
Such is the life with selling on Ebay, 99.9999999% of it is great, but it only takes that 0.0000001% to totally blow.
Good luck, and I still sell on there so I am not bashing the place just stating that you have to take into account at some point you will run into bad buyers or sellers.

It actually may be lost.
If you sent the Gretzky Auto without tracking thats a gamble you took .... and lost this time.
He could be stealing it ( what did you charge him for shipping? ), or it could legit be lost.

Tracking is included on all packages from the US to the US and Canada so there has to be a tracking number unless he just threw a few stamps on it and dropped it in a box.
