So what's the best way to ship cards in a top loader with a penny sleeve or a one touch case?

Depends on the card. Judging by the title, i'd go with a one touch magnet holder to be safe if it's the McDavid. Make sure to reinforce it front & back just to be safe, though. Protect it as much as possible. When it doubt, just keep adding more reinforcement and tape to be on the safe side. It may cost you more in shipping, depending on the type, weight, etc, but it's definitely worth it in the end.

    Best of luck!

One-touch holders with a bubble mailer work fine, and for a pricier card I would prefer it this way.

The way I do most cards is in a penny sleeve and toploader, securing the toploader with cardboard (those junk filler cards you find in packs without GU/Auto work great) in a team bag and shipped in a bubble mailer. This way costs about 20-25 cents per card, including the cost of the bubble mailer, and I've never had a card arrive damaged.

You can buy bulk bubble mailers on eBay for $15-20 per 100 ct.
