fake patch or real patch ???

This card is on eBay now 222072264622 listing number I contacted the seller and he don't care if it's fake or not. He has a number of questionable cards for sale ... His eBay name is frankies5

Listen, I was as nice as I could be with you but now I've had enough. I told you several times that these cards were acquired from a collector that I know personally who has had them in his PC for 12+ years. Stop telling me you know for certain that this or any other card I have for sale is fake unless you have proof. I don't appreciate my integrity being called out with no evidence whatsoever

If you look at the other cards in the same patch set you will see that the colors don't match up maybe you didn't realize what you had I'm not saying you did it on purpose but it's 100% fake. I had a fake shield card I didn't realize it until I was told. Others on here all agree that it's fake as well read the comments here is another of the same card . Colors not Evan close and no way upper deck don't number a card with a patch like that.
