I've still gotten nothing. I'm out $10, which is a risk I was willing to take. I saw that our communication with the mods has helped put a suspension on his account, and I will be disputing the trade on here and via paypal by the end of the week. I'll keep all of you posted, and keep me posted as well, and I will make sure the mods see all our complaints.
Thanks
Andrew

I only dropped $7, but I'm worried about people that lost larger sums of money... thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Here's how to dispute a link in paypal.
go to your account, click on all activity. Find the transaction and click on Details.
At the bottom of the screen there will be a link to Open a Dispute. Click there, then click on Open a Dispute again.
(I can't do it again, because i dont want to dispute another payment, so the rest of this is from memory)
It will have a case number filled in at the bottom, just use that one. Also, it will ask you what kind of claim you want - put Item Not Received. It will let you put in a message to the seller. That shoudl pretty much do it.
Again, sorry for not remembering the rest of it, but that shoudl get you started.

You gave the gist of it Andrew. I did the same thing earlier. Did you just open a dispute or escalate it to a paypal claim?

I gave him two days... i've already escalated it to a claim. This guy has no intention on settling this. If you notice, his email address that i sent paymet to, is no longer valid. What a scam...
I wish more stuff like this was investigated by police.
