Does anyone know why Beckett it considering the Rookie Autographs the actual RCs in this years Platinum. It is supposed to be a lower end product and the Auto Rookies only fall one in 50 packs. Some are SPs so you would have to drop in excess of $25,000.00 on boxes if you were trying to get the entire RC set.
The want list at this link features what I need of Gretzky, Roy, Ottawa Senators, and Miscellaneous sets. I also have a CFL want list on my page and if you have nothing from it I will consider other traders of current Ottawa Senators,Guy Lafleur, + trade bait.

Those are the true rookies in the set. UD changed the format this season

Because Beckett is just a mouthpiece for the industry and will do whatever the card manufacturers want to inflate "value."

LOL, I'm not a fan of Beckett but in this case, why would you just throw random BS around like that? The auto/rookies are numbered as part of the set which makes them the true rookies, period. The Marquee Rookies are simply an insert set

There are the Marquee rookies in this set that are more than affordable. Kids don't "need" true rookies.
