    13-14 Prizm Collation

I know I asked this once before, but I've done some calculations which may help explain my question.

Originally, I had asked if anyone had seen collation patterns within 13-14 Prizm (especially blaster boxes). I am (half-heartedly) trying to complete a Prizm set, and anytime I see a 50% off blaster I pick it up. My set is now down to 13 veteran cards that I need, all of which are in the 01-99 range. I have all of the 100-200 cards.

It seems to me that when I open a blaster the cards predominantly fall in the 101 - 200 range. This hints that card 1- 99 may be SP? I have gone through all of the Prizm cards I have and found that:
    Cards I need
    Extras pulled
    1 - 99
    13
    39
    100 - 200
    00
    80

62.7% of the cards I pull from blasters are 100-200 while only 37.3% are low number (1-99). On average, I get two high number cards for each low number card. Note: These blaster have been purchased from may different stores, so it shouldn't be a distribution issue.

Has anyone else noticed this? Have you seen a different trend in hobby boxes?

I bought a lot of Prizm when it came out (Hobby, Blasters, retail fat packs, single retail packs). I can't say for sure that any certain number of base were SP, but I do recall that set being the hardest to complete. After numerous packs being opened, I still have to trade for the remaining base (I can't remember what ones, so unsure if low or high numbered). I do recall that I kept getting the same base cards in hobby boxes over and over and only found the base cards I needed in blasters until the well ran dry and I traded for the remainder.

Haven't opened a lot of Hobby but I have done a LOT of retail and I think you are correct - for every 5 base cards, it looks like 3 are 101-200 and 2 are 1-99, with the exception being when the pattern "crosses" the 0/100 line and we get a flipped ratio. The collation programming must then snake back instead of proceeding linearly (else the collation would be just about even). Just my theory and I'm sticking to it!

Hey, PM me the cards you need and I'll see if I have duplicates to send you. I have made a few base sets. Working on the parallels, too, so maybe a trade can be made.

If anyone needs any of the Green prizms from the Expo, let me know. I have a TON including most of the rookies. I think they're /25 or /35?
