T.J. Duckett 1/1 For Sale!!
I found out I have a 1/1 card.
It is a 2002 Playoff Contenders T.J. Duckett RC sample
card from the Football Beckett. It is stamped in
green foil SAMPLE.
I e-mailed Beckett and they said only 5% of the SAMPLE
cards were green foil.
I e-mailed Playoff and I got an e-mail back saying that
it was a 1/1.
I have held it since I got it in Dec. and boy am I
glad I did now.
Here is the e-mail from Playoff Customer Service:

Hi James
Normally the production of the Sample cards that are inserted in
Beckett are 90 percent silver and 10 percent gold. The circulation of Beckett in baseball is around 240,000 and football is around 180,000. In our 2002 Playoff Contenders Sample we actually inserted 1/1 that were stamped in green foil, so it sounds like you have a pretty good card on your hands. I hope that this information helps. Thank you for your time and have a great day!

I am not trying to be mean or anything, why would someone buy a sample card for $100. It isn't a true rc. Some 1 of 1s are less than $100. Still that is a nice card.

When I made a post a while back, I was told by a few people that a good price for it was $100
It is a RC card. It is not an insert version in the regular set.
people still consider RC cards from the Beckett Samples as RC cards.
I am going by what I was told would be a good price from a post I made a while back.
People can still make offers on it tho.
