Yes they sure are. Stuff that wasn't released in 13/14 SPA & 14/15 SPA is in this year's release. THREE different Ryan Kesler autos for me.............

Tends to happen with some of these autos when they just don't make the 14-15 pack-out date in time, or they are really late getting the cards back from players from years previous, then UD will find a way to insert them in current releases.

Yes, the checklist includes previous years' cards--there's some 11-12 Shea Weber SOTT autos.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Sign of the Times SOTT-LC Logan Couture - San Jose Sharks Group A 1:2,177 (Overall 14-15 SOTT 1:923) these are the odds so im thinking this is hard card to pull?

Small handful have been pulled & listed on eBay - none topped $20 so it doesn't look like it's a high-demand SSP.

SPA is massively produced this year because of McDavid. There are almost twice as many autos and patches this year. 1:2177 odds in a normal set would yieled $20-$40 depending on the player. This year you're looking at $5-$15.
There are so many people cracking case after case looking for McDavids. Albeit Upper Deck has been placing some older cards (autos they recently received) for quite some time, never like this. This is unprecedented. Gotta produce an extra 15,000 cases somehow. Autos from 11-12 ! That's a hit. Stop yer whining. You just pulled a Derek Forbort and an auto from 4 years ago
Look at the SOTT checklist. 1:119, 1:287, 1:559, 1:7,971, 1:22,472
Those first 3 groups are $1 dollar autos because of how massively produced they are.
Upper Deck is an absolute joke this year. They're killing the hobby as if they know World War III is about to happen and they're just cashing in. It really makes me think. I see the hobby I love disintegrating right now and I don't know what to do.Last edited by RGM81; 08-03-2016 at 10:40 AM. Reason: Language

Anyone who didn't see this coming can't remember as far back as 10 years ago. UD hangs some money in the NHL/NHLPA's face for an exclusive, and like uneducated morons they grab it, and UD makes a killing off a couple "generational" players. Now when the NHL/NHLPA wants to renegotiate their next contract with UD, UD will say, "Naw, we really aren't interested in paying that much any more. You can go ahead and get other companies involved if you want..." And under their breath "...if you can find one." Panini probably wont want to get back in because they just sold off all their stock in Anthology. And other companies aren't going to want to ramp up operations to do it for a few years, only to be pushed out again once the next "generational" player comes along. The NHL/NHLPA are getting played like a fiddle, and they are too stupid to realize it.
