    Question on Tim Ducan Jersey Card

    Bought a pack of 06 Topps Chrome a few weeks ago and pulled a Tim Duncan Chosen One jersey card numbered out of 400. The jersey piece on the card is partially torn/ripped (look at attachment below for reference)...I was wondering first of all what is the BV on this card?, and more importantly, does this imperfect piece of jersey decrease the value of the card?

    i pulled a wade jersey from 04/05 Hoops very similar to that, didnt matter so much coz it went straight to the PC....not sure if it would de-value it or not, maybe someone else can make a suggestion?
