International Question
So for those who live in the US and send TTMs internationally, how do you provide the person with return postage? Apparently IRCs aren't available anymore (at least in NY) and the PO wouldn't let me put stamps on the SASE myself because they couldn't estimate the cost.
I wound up sending 2 things to London and including 6 American bucks in each envelope.

Not sure about overseas, but I know you can by Canadian stamps via the Candian postal service's web site. I haven't sent outside the US in a long time, but many years ago I sent to a few Blue Jays players and asked them to send when they were in the US. Risky, but it worked for a few.
