I believe you pay fees up to $750 though so if you sell for 15k it'll only be a $750 fee.

Sell while it's hot! I'd say go for it! Use eBay if you can, but yeah if you're feeling it 15k is a great return.

    Best of luck :)

Its the ultimate subset shield, not the regular issue.
15k is a pretty strong offer on that one.
Now that cup is live I think the 15k would more likely go toward a cup /99.

    That's a 15-20% cashdown on a house. Ridiculous.

Ebay it....you can always sell here after getting a 30 day sense of what someone will pay for it globally.

As much as I agree with everyone's post here, I am constantly amazed that there are always people willing to unload significant cash for cards. 10 years ago, I was blown away with Crosby's Cup going for $12k+.
Now, $25k+ for a Connor Cup seems less surprising. Also considering a PSA 10 Gretzky Rookie sold for $104k a few years ago only to be flipped for $146k this past year, makes anything $15-25k seem like basic investing.

If Connor becomes what the experts say he will be, I have a feeling we will all be wishing we had $15k to invest in a sweet 1/1 Connor, only to flip it for $50k a few years later.
At the same time, he could get hurt, can these cards will all be worth $5 in 20 years time. I guess that is the beauty of speculation.

And while a 1/1 Connor Rookie is only a piece of cardboard, money is only paper....spend on what makes you happy, sell when you no longer enjoy it.

I think that's what it sold for the first time. I believe Steal..deals (on ebay) resold it for 31 (including /5 & /25 exquisite arps).

Of course, who knows what actually changed hands!
