Does your 25% Beckett rule apply to YG that sell 75 -150% Beckett

2015 - 16 upper deck young guns #201 frequently sell in the $200 range. BV is $200. from what I understand from your post , you are willing to pay 25% of the published value of $200---- $50 ( this is assuming you are referring to the Beckett high value ) And there are a number of the cards on your list that are of a similar situation. I have many that you need but do not want to waste your time or mine if this is your expectation
