LF: Mint+ Edgerrin James Rookie PC starter lot (~$20 paypal)

Hi everyone,


I am looking to jump start my Edgerrin James PC with a small low-end Rookie card lot. While I understand the difficulty in finding Mint+ condition cards from the years around 1999, I please ask that all cards offered be in Mint+ condition. I am not looking to grade these cards (never done so before), but rather would like to start a collection on the right foot.


I am looking to spend approximately $20 paypal or just a bit more on the lot.
