I am using Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
I did have an issue like this before. But I found if I logged in from the forums side and not the OPG side I didn't have issues but that was a while back.

I don't expect anymore issue on image upload (finger cross LOL). Also since I posted I have no error in the application log file about it either this mean that no upload fail since I posted.

@MadMan1978
Have you tried what I suggested as with chrome, last week I had no issue forum side wise but did only in the inventory side. Last Saturday, I did CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE then selected the first second and fourth option checked then deleted these (not the cookie section) and had no more issue since.
If you tried this, then try this:
If you are on windows (via a command or start line)
ipconfig /flushdns
There might be an issue where your PC's is still holding old DNS data.

Ok remember that this is not something I can correct via code as we know the code is right. Cookie is something client side meaning it as to do with your computer and not the code we use for cookie. Often these goes a way after a while as what happened here is the IP under the opg.sportscardforum.com changed as SCF had no choice to move the site since the company was bought by a other company and they decided to close the Chicago data center. So we never planned a move either but we force to move. I am not a tech and never deal with those thing on regular basis. But I think if you try, (I know some of you are very attach to one browser) using a other browser. For instance IE did not cause me issue. Chrome issue, not sure if cleaning the cache fixed the issue but it still went away. Maybe trying other browser only to work in the inventory for a period of time until it start working again might work. Remember since it's a client issue, I can only make suggestion with the what I experience on my side. But I remember the last time we moved the site from New-York to Chicago most user did not have this issue but some did. Client computer differ and this is why only some have issue and not everyone. But that would be something to try other browser for the time being. Other then this, maybe one more thing.
If you tried :
ipconfig /flushdns
try it with no space as I only copy this from Scott's post.:
ipconfig/flushdns
This might work. If this does not, maybe Scott can place a ticket to see if the host can help on that end. I wish I could do more but that is not my line of expertise.
