Topps Redemption Replacements - very happy!

So I have been sitting on some Topps Redemptions for awhile and was wondering if I was ever going to get them:
Strata Clear Cut auto Denard Robinson
Topps Chrome Luke Joeckel auto
Bowman Raijon Neal auto

spoke with rep and none were signed, so I asked for replacements, and got a nice little package with a note saying sorry for the delay and that extras were thrown in for my wait!

I asked for Bears if possible, if not I was flexible, very happy with the results!
