    Cardshops in Calgary and Edmonton

    Hi all,

I´m travalling on Wednesday for 10 days to Calgary and Edmonton. Does somebody could tell me where are great cardshops? I´m only looking for Hockey.

    Thank you very much,

    Calgary

    Andy's Sports Cards (North)
    Maple Leaf Sports (Central North)
Eastridge Hobbies (I haven't been to this store yet, but it's in the SE south Chinook mall)

Both Andy's and Maple Leaf have singles and wax, mostly hockey. Haven't been to eastridge, but saw their booth at the cardshow this weekend and they look to have a good number of singles.

Don't forget there are also card shows, 11-12 March at Northgate Mall Edmonton and 18-19 March at the Acadia Recreation Complex Calgary.

I can echo this as well -- Wayne's has been excellent for me too. I would also recommend West's Sports Cards closer to the old Rexall Place in the North end of Edmonton.

If you're going to be in Edmonton this coming weekend, there is a monthly card show at Northgate mall as well (9499 137 Ave). I believe it's 9-4 on Saturday and 11-3 on Sunday. Should be worth checking out!

Edmonton is mainly Wayne's and West's... Wayne's will take you the better part of an hour and a half to get through (so much stuff). West's is good too.

Can anyone tell me what to expect from the show at Northgate Centre this weekend? Never been to one. Should I bring traders? Cash? How big of a turn out is there usually?
