1 Box Of the New Select Footbal

They made select football like basketball but I noticed that the patch autos are a lot more frequent than in any other Select product I have ever seen and my box was not any different. In a lot of the boxes that I I have seen busted I have also noticed that there are a couple of cards #d 25 or less and again I don't know if this is bad or good for the hobby. Kills the value of cards in products such as this, but it keeps people like me buying it. This box had a lot of promise and was only my second football box of the year, my first being a box of prizm a few months ago, which was also pretty nice.

I have a question about a Tom Brady card I pulled.

For some reason this card sold for almost $50. It is just the regular base card from the main concourse set. I pulled the prizm version for the Premier SP set and that card has no bids at all and seems to only be a $5 card at most. This is the biggest problem I have with Select products. I really don't see the point in making different levels of base sets b/c honestly no one cares about base sets anymore and the fewer base cards there are, the more desirable a mid-high end product will be. I understand for lower end products, that collectors like to put together the base sets of the rookies or the young guns in hockey, but for a product such as Select, the main emphasis should be on the hits and not the base set. Just my two cents!
