Post Cowboys to release Tony Romo

    http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...-romo-thursday

The Cowboys will release the franchise's all-time leader in passing yards and touchdowns on Thursday, sources told ESPN, allowing him the chance to sign with another team if he desires while removing any doubt that they have the utmost faith in Dak Prescott.

Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones' decision to release Romo was the result of a conversation between the two on Tuesday, league sources told ESPN's Ed Werder.

Where do you think he lands?

I've heard Denver since the beginning. I know that Taleb and Sanders are both advocating for him to join their team. Also believe that makes them serious contenders again. Another possibility is Houston. He will want to go to a team that can contend and I really think one of those 2 teams will land him w/a heavily incentivized contract.

Denver and Houston seem to be the most popular destinations, although I have heard that Jacksonville may be a dark horse landing spot for Romo.

Hopefully Houston. The Chiefs already have a hard enough time winning in the playoffs lol

There isn't enough money in the world to get me to play for Jacksonville over the Broncos or Texans. He might go with the Texans just to stick it to the other Texas team the Cowboys....
