What will you do? Opinions needed

A guy has won several of my auctions on ebay over the last days, 12 out of 4 different days. Nothing of great value, but still. I even gave him discounts on shipping while I specify that I only do it on purchases made the same day. He have 2 invoices to clear.

8 days since the first purchases, I'm still waiting for a payment. I sent him two messages, no reply. No sign of life.

Also, I have items that end tonight and he has bids on a few.

I am tempted to block him to prevent it from buying something else, and / or to open cases for unpaid items. It's radical, but it disgusts me ...

My principle is not the amount of money it represents (it's still close to $ 50), but especially the time I take to scan, list ... and also lack of communication kills me.

Your opinion is welcome ... thank you in advance.

If he doesn't pay within 7 days he will be hit with an NPB automatically. Until such time there's not much you can do. Communication is so important but it sounds like it's a one-way street with this guy so far.

I have been on the buyer side in these instances. But if I know I have different items I am bidding on that are closing days after the first, I will send a message to the seller indicating I am bidding on multiiple items. All one has to do is communicate their intent. The seller will always appreciate the heads up and the effort to let them know.
The fact this bidder is not communicating, or replying, is not a good sign.
    I hope it works out.

Go ahead and open that non-paying case. It's not a personal attack or anything, just business. Good luck!

Unless there has been a recent policy change, that's only true if you have the unpaid item assistant feature turned on. It sounds like this seller doesn't (which is fine).
