OPC Platinum: 6 box break

Loved breaking OPC Platinum last year for a lot of reason, you get a good number of packs to break, lots of color and the potential for a good autograph is there. So on day one I stopped by one of our locals and busted five boxes. Didn't hit anything great and didn't even have the set put together.

This was the best card from the first five boxes.

Since I didn't have the set complete I asked the owner to pick me out one more box. Wow! Finished the set at the sixth box had the Laine rookie, Matthews rookie, Marner rookie, Mantha rookie.

AND THIS WAS THE AUTO IN THE SIXTH BOX!!!!

Yes, hit a Sedin Emerald Surge which has been sold this morning. I hit some Gold cards but don't remember which ones.

OPC Plat is a fun product to open. So many good inserts in this set. I'm glad they didn't butcher it like other products this year. It is always my favorite. I feel you get your moneys worth with all the #'d parallels.
