96 be a player autograph error
I pulled a 96 BAP auto card of Brett Hull with no signature. The back of the card states that it's an authenticated autographed card, but no hint of a signature on the front. Is this card worth more or less without the signature?

Only way an error card is going to be worth more is if someone is willing to pay a premium for that mistake. In the case of a missing autograph, I can't imagine anyone doing that....

I would still throw it up on eBay, maybe someone will surprise you and pay a little premium for it to add it to their Hull PC. Or, if you collect Hull, keep it and add an autographed version so you can have a 'non-auto' and autographed version of the card.
Not exactly the same scenario, but we had a member here the other day sell an old, expired Gretzky redemption for $100+.
