    NFC North: Packers
NFC South: Panthers or Falcons or Bucs
    NFC East: Cowboys or Giants
    NFC West: Seahawks

AFC North: Steelers or Bengals or Ravens
AFC South: Texans or Titans (Colts or Jags could surprise)
AFC East: Patriots. Dolphins or Bills push for wild card
AFC West: Raiders or Broncos or Chiefs

A lot of "or" in the above list, no?

Not sure where the NFC is getting all this prestige at. Their playoff bracket is already made with the exception of 1 or 2 spots. AFC will have a 6 way battle for the wild cards and the tie breaker will end up being hot dog sales in week 17.

I disagree. I think the Packers are the ONLY playoff lock in the NFC, primarily because they have an easy schedule and play in a garbage division they can notch 6 wins from. However, the Cardinals could upend the Seahawks in the NFC West, the Giants or Eagles could upend the Cowboys in the NFC East and the Bucs or Panthers could upend the Falcons in the NFC South ... so ... I honestly the Packers are the ONLY playoff lock in the entire NFC, whereas in the AFC I think the Pats, Steelers and Chiefs are all locks ... and maybe the Texans too if they get a decent QB.

The "ors" indicate uncertainty, and competition amongst those teams for playoff spots. I predict more uncertainty in the AFC than the NFC. I don't see the Cowboys imploding (Romo era is over) so leave that to Washington and Philly for now. Everything else depends on if the Cards/Panthers/Bucs/Falcons can live up to their potential or not.

You're obviously a lot higher on Dallas than I am ... I think last year was a fluke and I don't see them even making the playoffs this year.
