Brother, if you want to get rid of your Alexander Ovechkin cards, lay'em on me!
Counting tonight's game, Alex is almost a point-per-game player (90 points in 94 playoff games). I'll take that any day of the week. You can't just blame Ovechkin for the loss. Evgeni Kuznetsov, Andre Burakovsky, T.J. Oshie, Nicklas Backstrom, "the best free-agent defenseman" Kevin Shattenkirk, John Carlson, Braden Holtby, and "Mister Game Seven" Justin Williams...the list is long.

You have to remember this. YOU WIN AS A TEAM AND YOU LOSE AS A TEAM.. It takes a whole team to lose, not just 1 player.

I dont understand why Ovechkin is always the scapegoat when they lose. He didnt have a great game 7, but apparently he was playing through something because he was on nerve freezing drugs during the entire playoffs according to a report. I think they always just get outclassed by a better playoff opponent, mainly the Pens.But Ovechkin is almost a PPG player in his career in the playoffs. I dont get all the hate he gets.
