Anyone want these 1999 Topps Rookies

I order these cards to help fill a set I was working on. However the guy sent me cards from a factory set he busted. They look just like the 1999 Topps rookies except they have a gold stamp on front "topps Collection". i really do not weant to finish my set with these cards as they differ from the ones I already have. These book .8x the regular cards.
