What's the Largest Amount of Money You've Ever Found in Public?

The most I ever found was $40.

Although years ago, back in I think 2008 or 2009, I lost a bank envelope with just about an entire paycheck in it. I did my grocery shopping and got everything I needed for the week and went to the liquor store as the last stop. I got home and the envelope was gone. I still think the owner at the liquor store took it but I had no proof. There was atleast $800 in it.

The most money I ever found was $100..A few years ago I was standing in the check out line at a local grocery store and I looked down and saw some money that was folded in half so I bent over and picked it up , when I picked it up I saw it was a $100 bill so I put it in !y pocket..Then a couple years ago I found a lottery ticket that was a winner and it was for $50....Ed

I once lost $50.00 in a mall as a kid, but I don't think I've every found $50.00 at one time.

i worked at walgreens. i found it in a cart and turned it in. a couple weeks had gone by and i forgot about it until management gave it back to me because no one claimed it lol
