Email From Upperdeck regarding expired Redemption
Hi everyone,
Long story short, i contacted UD last week regarding an unredeemed 2014-15 Fleer Showcase Hot Prospects Patch Auto Rookie David Pastrnak /175. Card expired in february 2017.
I always tought UD wouldnt honor expired redemption so i'm a little suprise by the answer i received
Any thoughts?

Thank you for your email. We honor all expired redemptions one year past their expiration dates. If your redemption falls within this category we will be able to redeem it for you in our internal system. Please provide us with the following information below.

I just redeemed 3 cards that were technically expired per the card itself, but within the 1 year grace period. Email them as they mention and they will tell you if it's good or not. If it's not good you can collect up to 5 and send them the expired redemptions in to be entered into their raffle, which I also just did.
