Help With Inventories
Hello,
Not sure if this is the correct place to ask questions about inventory but here it goes.
I have recently started adding my wants and a Personal Collection. Here is my question......
I want to have a card in listed in my Personal Collection and the double(s) of that card show up in my traders....I can't see how to do that. I keep showing a qty of 2 in my Personal Collection and none on my Tarders.....Is this possible or is better to not put my Personal Collection on the site therefore allowing me to list all the doubles for traders....
I hope I am not confusing anyone too much!

I would have to check it but at some point, I know I coded something to show double from you PC list, I just never implemented it to be used but I must have a function somewhere that would at least retrieve a list so you can post it.
Ok just found the link:
http://opg.sportscardforum.com/scf/inv/pcdoublelist
But keep in mind this is mainly listing all PC that have a quantity greater then 1. So you can use it to post on the forum but never was completed just functional to get list of doubles we have.
One of the main reason I did not make it possible to have both card as PC and trader, is that we only make one entry per card you have, in the database and only store one image per card. Now if the card was a patch, then each card could differ a lot with multiple different patch colors and breaks. Same for autograph cards that could vary. This is why I did not make it possible to list them in both.

Thanks for the quick response. I totally understand. I was just wondering. It's not an option that is crucial. I
know which cards I have, I just likes how it showed how many cards I had of a particular set and how many needed.
I will just post my traders and wants. Keeps it simple.
Thanks,
Chris
