    Tom brady 2000 bowman chrome

I've been recently collecting brady cards over the past year and I have 3 2000 bowman chrome cards, one is off centered and one is slightly off centered. My main question is I have one that is nearly perfect centering on the front with perfect corners and edges, but it has some small dots on the surface( mainly only at the bottom). You can only notice them when you look at the card under the light and at certain angles. I was told its part of the card by a sports shop. but I have one that does not have them on the surface. Is this normal and if so will it hurt the surface grade if I send it out to psa? If it will what would I be looking at for a grade.. Not sure why I can't post a photo but if this sounds normal to be on the bowman chrome cards please let me know thanks.
If youre looking for one I would consider selling/trading one, for other tom brady rookies. they're all in great condition.0716171229-1-1.jpg
