Another of the legendary fake news rumours is making the rounds on my Facebook feed again today. Ovi to the Habs! hahahaahahaha

My personal favourite though, simply because it's so utterly ridiculous, is Price to Chicago for Kane and Crawford.

Which Onion-calibre trade rumour always makes you laugh/facepalm because somehow it keeps getting posted?

I enjoyed a recent post about Jagr & Iginla singing on to take part in the battle of Alberta next year: Jagr as a Flame, and Iginla as an Oiler.

For the record: There was a time where i would have loved to have seen Jarome Iginla in an Oilers jersey, but that time has past.... Jagr (IMO) would help the Flames very much, and I'd be happy to have him on the Oilers too.

I don't buy either rumor. If Edmonton is the only team that wants Iggy, I would imagine he'd just retire.... and Jagr isn't going somewhere that he: A - Won't contend for a Cup; B - Have to deal with Cold Canadian winters.
