I have seen cards on ebay that are signed & hand-numbered, and supposedly "buy backs". Turns out some of them were fake!!! One time I saw two auctions with the same serial #...

There are two ways to verify a legitimate buy back that I know of.
    1. It should come with a COA from UD in the pack that accompanies the card. Look on ebay for real buy backs, and you'll see the COA + hologram. EDIT: I don't think Fleer has these though.
    2. You can search beckett OPG and in the set name type "buyback". I did this for Kobe Bryant, and it works (since I know he has buy backs).

I'm assuming your card is for Jason Terry. So I did a search for Jason Terry and "buyback" and it didn't come up with anything.

I HAD TO EDIT THIS A LITTLE SINCE YOUR CARD IS FROM FLEER, AND NOT UD.

Example of a buyback COA is in phatboi's post:

Again, not sure if Fleer has these.

    According to this auction:

Fleer buy backs have an embossed stamp on the card (i.e. raised lettering).
