Hopefully this is a total done deal and I don't think the Cavs will be as good as they have been and I hope Irving shines in Bean Town. I hope the Celtics stick it to King James this year!

No I know it is too late. What I'm saying is if he is damaged goods and being out for half the season basically is they should have just cancelled it and not asked for "more" which they basically didn't even get in my opinion. As a second round pick isn't all that as I've been saying and I'd much rather have Thomas for essentially another half of the season versus the chance of what 1 second round pick is going to do. Were the Cavs this desperate to move Irving that they didn't want to back out of the Celtics deal? I heard somebody mention they were working on something with the Suns instead but I guess it wasn't as good as the Celtics offer.

Isiah could miss the entire regular season and the 1st two rounds of the playoffs ... and the Cavs will still destroy the Celts in the ECF and advance to the Finals imho

While that might be true it still doesn't make sense that billion dollar teams employee high priced doctors and trainers who are suppose to be able to check out and diagnose the health of players correctly. I've seen it happen in multiple sports with tons of different teams and each and every time I just shack my head that people aren't or can't do their jobs correctly.
