This set is made by upper deck and comes in a blue folder.

Inside are 2 cards:
1 card features Michael Jordan in his #23 Bulls uniform.
On the back of the card it has his stats from 1994-1998.
Also there is a short descripion of his career as a Bull.

Card #2 features Michael in his Wizards uniform.
Again the back of the card features his stats from 2001-2002.
